Photog time!

I found this dude online, Andy Julia, one of his photographs caught my eye. Most are fashion shots modeling various types of clothing but all the photographs are very beautiful and whimsical...did i mention naked? Quite nostalgic feeling, I selected a few of my favorites, as usual. The site is down below, along with another one i enjoy finding new and interesting photographers at!

ONYX is a favorite of mine. It has a few different variations of colors, mostly black or white. Or it can be striped with white, brown or black layer type bands. Sardonyx is with orange or red bands.
*Black onyx is used in India to ward off 'the evil eye'

PECO: How do I love thee? Let me count the ways.

PECO might be the one Philadelphian company that I actually admit to loving.

Last night, around 7:30, my power suddenly shut off! Immediately I asumed it had to do with the fact that I hadn't paid my bill... like ever. So I called PECO to report the outage even though I figured I just needed to pay my bill, which I did that moment with what was left of my laptop's battery. On top of that, it was only $70! Considering I never paid it, I was amazed at how cheap months' worth of electricity was.

THEN I get a call no more than twenty minutes later after I'd resigned to the fact that I would need to go to bed and wait the two business days until my payment is reflected. It was a PECO guy! He was in the neighborhood apparently and told me PECO doesn't shut anyone off this time of year, which rules.

Turns out I blew my circuit with the heavy duty space heater I got for Christmas. Oops!
But thanks, PECO.
