So, apparently everyone has been criticizing Gwyneth Paltrow's lifestyle website GOOP, citing it as pretentious and what not. I'm not going to lie, I kind of like it. Yes, it's a little hoity-toity, what with her recommendations for favorite restaurants in Paris and London and blah blah blah.
She recommends this detox, though, that I might want to try whenever I can get all the ridiculous obscure ingredients as well as a whole week where I can make smoothies and soups three times a day.

Kanye West: Basically the Apple of My Eye.

So, it's Saturday night and of course I'm at home watching VH1's Storytellers: Kanye West. Basically I want to let everyone know that it's the shit. He's the shit. I don't even care what anyone says. If you don't already know about his blog, you should check it out. He has really cool stuff on there. Here's what I've been listening to by him recently, even though it's by T-Pain.
